To approve, sign and adopt the minutes of the Christmas Light Switch on Event  meeting held on 28/10/2024.

Members considered the minutes of the meeting held on 28/10/2024.

Resolved that the minutes of the meetings held on 28/10/2024 be approved and signed as a correct and accurate record of the meeting.

Cllrs decided on where each stall holder was to be placed.

A new beverage stall has been sourced.

It was decided against providing free mince pies to be given out.

It has been agreed via Cllr Rudge that should the Alice Cross wish to offer mince pies, that they could as part of their stall.

Draft Schedule being finalised with a view to circulating asap.

Cllr Rudge informed the committee that she no longer needs to borrow the Santa Grotto decorations.

Officers have ordered the grotto gifts which now need wrapping.

Cllr Jackson to do a Risk Assessment for the Santa Grotto.

The week before the TTRO signs will go out.

Iain Wedlake to work in conjunction with Barry on the day.

Officers to be on site to direct arrivals:

To arrive 07:30 – Stalls 1-12

To arrive 08:45 – Stalls 13-19

To arrive 08:45 – Stalls F1, F2, F3 plus rides

Cllr Rudge to ask Alice Cross to provide a more simple buffet.
