Market Stalls Minutes: Terrill informed the Cllr’s that there are currently 18 stall holders and we only need a few more. There has been further recent interest and Terrill will update at the next meeting. |

Food and Drink Minutes: Cllr Rudge stated that the Alice Cross were not buying mince pies due to the cost and Cllr Williams suggested perhaps the chefs at the Alice Cross could make them? Cllr Rudge will check and report back. |

Entertainment Minutes: Cllr Williams has confirmed quite a few acts for the stage and Terrill is confirming with the local schools regarding their involvement. Santa, Grinch and stilt walker have all been confirmed as well.
Rev Carol Green arrived at 4:44pm
5 carols at 5pm has been confirmed and Rev Carol Green will liaise with other ministers and keep us updated.
Cllr Rudge will check with Cllr Atkins regarding a dance troop.
Cllrs would like to ask one of the emergency services to switch the lights on this year, Officers will contact and report back.

Any Other Business Minutes: Cllr Jackson gave an update regarding the Santa Grotto. All coming along nicely.
Terrill showed the Cllrs the gifts for the Santa Grotto and all agreed books, toys and a candy cane would be good gifts, Officers will order them.
Cllr Williams stated she may be able to get a piece of carpet suitable for the Santa Grotto and she will let Cllrs know at the next meeting.
Officers to get invitation out as soon as possible so we can start to advertise the event. |

Civic Carol Service Minutes: Cllr’s Jackson and Rudge left the meeting at 5:04pm
Cllr Williams and Rev Green discussed the schedule for the Civic Carol Service.
Terrill informed Cllr Williams that the invites have been sent out
Officers Debbie and Terrill will visit St Michael’s on Tuesday, Oct 15th at noon to see the layout in preparation for the carol service.
Officers to prepare Carol sheets and order of dignitaries
Cadets and Sea Cadets to get an invitation
Need Gift Aid Envelopes
Terrill to check if Red Rock and Teignmouth Youth Choir are available for this date.
