The officer recommendation is that council engage Breakthrough Communications to facilitate the completion of a communications strategy.

The costs to engage Breakthrough Communications to facilitate us through the communications strategy is £3,495 from which if we sign up within 60 days of the last training event, the costs of those two events will be deducted. Saving £990. The balance being £2,505.
