Updated Grants Policy PDF 109 KB Committee is recommended to resolve to approve the updated policy as set out. Minutes: Updated Grants Policy reflects what the Grant Application process now mirrors with its Application Form and its subsequent feedback form – it is intended that after six months, the feedback form will be sent to successful applicants who will need to complete and return – this will act as a reminder to people that if they haven’t already completed their project with the support from Teignmouth Town Council that they supply details of a completion date.
It was suggested that should the feedback form not be completed and returned after the date specified, that after 12 months (should there be no prospect of the grant money being spent) the money should be returned to Teignmouth Town Council.
Further discussion was deferred as member of public present
Amendment to Grant Form: Page 2 – 4th box – Please provide details of any other funding or grants received and dates for this project: Page 2 – 5th box – Details of any previous grant or loan from Teignmouth Town Council with dates
