New Items for Consideration
Minutes:
A complaint was made to the Planning Committee
regarding 21 Ashleigh Way, Teignmouth, 22/01271/HOU.
The person making the complaint is acting on behalf of her mother
who lives at 27 Ashleigh Way, Teignmouth.
Teignmouth Town Council Planning Committee investigated the
complaint and plans in detail. It was decided that we email
Teignbridge to get a Planning Officer over to the site to ensure
that they are keeping within what was state on the Planning
Application. It is also recommended that the Planning Officer looks
at the original planning application to ensure that the correct
notices where given to the local residents who may have been
effected by the planning.
